Welcome to Tee Shot Golf. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services Offered

Tee Shot Golf ("we," "us," or "our") operates a golf simulator hire business, providing customers with the opportunity to experience virtual golf simulations at various locations. Our services are subject to availability and are provided based on the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Reservations: To book our golf simulator hire services, you must complete the booking enquiry form on our website or through other designated channels. Bookings are subject to availability and the customer takes full responsibility for ensuring that the event space is suitable and has sufficient space to accommodate the golf simulator.

2.2 Payment: Payment for our services must be made in advance via bank transfer (preferred) or card payment.

2.3 Payment terms: 50% non-refundable deposit required to confirm booking. Final balance to be settled no later than 14 days before hire date.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation by Customer: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.

3.2 Cancellation by Tee Shot Golf: In the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking. In such cases, we will offer you the option to reschedule or provide a full refund.

3.3 Refunds: Events cancelled more than 14 days before the scheduled hire date will be entitled to a refund of any amount paid relating to that specific booking minus the 50% non-refundable deposit.

3.4 Outdoor event weather cancellation and refund policy: If for any reason it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe by Tee Shot Golf staff due to the forecasted or actual weather conditions on the day then it may not be possible to operate our service. In which case, our outdoor event weather cancellation and refund policy below would apply (this policy only applies for outdoor events that are cancelled specifically due to the weather forecast)

• Outdoor events cancelled due to the weather forecast more than 24 hours before the event set up time begins = refund of any amount paid, minus 50% of the total invoice amount.

• Outdoor events cancelled less than 24 hours before the event set up time begins = no refund.

4. Conduct and Safety

4.1 Safety: Customers are required to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our staff. Failure to do so may result in the termination of the session without a refund.

4.2 Conduct: We expect all customers to behave responsibly and respectfully during their sessions. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in the termination of the session without a refund.

5. Liability

5.1 Assumption of Risk: The use of our golf simulator services involves physical activity. By using our services, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with physical activity and use our services at your own risk.

5.2 Limitation of Liability: Tee Shot Golf shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

6. Assistance During Setup and Take Down

In order to provide you with the best experience and to keep our pricing competitive, we kindly request that a designated member of your team, venue staff or a guest be available to assist our staff with a simple, safe and fully explained task during the setup and take down of the mobile golf simulator. This will involve approximately 5 minutes of their time before and after each event. Your cooperation here is greatly appreciated and contributes to the seamless execution of our services.

7. Noise Level Disclaimer

Our golf simulator hire service provides an immersive and authentic golfing experience, which may involve the sound of golf balls hitting the simulator screen. While we strive to minimize noise disruptions to the best of our ability, we would like to inform our customers that, due to the nature of the service, some noise is inherent. Please consider this factor when choosing the location for setup and during the event to ensure it aligns with your expectations and any noise restrictions that may apply.

8. Image Projection Quality Disclaimer

Our golf simulator hire service provides a high-quality and immersive experience; however, the quality of image projection may vary depending on the ambient light levels in the space where the simulator enclosure is set up. We recommend ensuring that the setup location has appropriate lighting conditions for the best experience. While we make every effort to optimize image quality, we cannot guarantee consistent results in all lighting environments. Please consider this factor when planning your event.

9. Technical Issue Disclaimer

Tee Shot Golf makes every effort to ensure the smooth operation and reliability of our mobile golf simulator hire service. However, we cannot guarantee the absence of technical issues, including but not limited to software glitches, hardware malfunctions, or unforeseen technical problems that may disrupt the service during your rental period.

By engaging our mobile golf simulator hire service, you acknowledge and accept that occasional technical issues may arise. Tee Shot Golf shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or inconveniences caused by such technical issues. This includes, but is not limited to, any impact on your event, trade day, or any associated business activities.

In the event of technical issues, Tee Shot Golf will make reasonable efforts to resolve them promptly and minimize any disruption. However, it is understood that technical problems can occur, and no compensation, refunds, or claims for damages will be entertained on the grounds of such technical issues.

10. Wifi Connection Requirement and Connectivity Disclaimer

Tee Shot Golf provides a mobile golf simulator hire service that requires a stable and reliable Wi-Fi internet connection for proper operation. We recommend that clients have access to their Wi-Fi network for optimal performance. In the event that a client's location does not have a Wi-Fi network available, or if the existing network is insufficient for our equipment's connectivity, Tee Shot Golf may provide a mobile hotspot to facilitate the necessary internet connection.

While we make every effort to ensure the functionality of our service, we cannot guarantee the availability, speed, or reliability of the Wi-Fi network or mobile hotspot connections provided. Technical factors, network congestion, or other unforeseen issues can affect the quality of the internet connection, which may, in turn, impact the operation of our golf simulator.

In the event that both the client's Wi-Fi network and our provided mobile hotspot fail to provide a suitable and stable internet connection for our golf simulator, Tee Shot Golf cannot be held liable for any disruption or inconvenience experienced during the rental period. This includes any disruption to your event, trade day, or related activities.

We recommend clients have contingency plans in place, such as ensuring access to an alternative internet connection source, to mitigate any potential issues arising from connectivity problems.

By using our mobile golf simulator hire service, you agree to this Wi-Fi Connection Requirement and Connectivity Disclaimer, and you release Tee Shot Golf from any liability related to Wi-Fi or internet connectivity issues.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, related to our services and content provided on our website are the property of Tee Shot Golf. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our content without our prior written consent.

12. Image and video usage

By engaging with our products, services, or premises, you grant Tee Shot Golf the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use images or videos that feature you, your staff, or your customers for promotional, marketing, advertising, or any other business-related purposes. This may include but is not limited to, photographs, videos, or any other visual media taken during your interactions with us. Tee Shot Golf reserves the right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display these images or videos in various media channels, including our website, social media, print materials, and any other marketing materials without requiring any further consent or compensation. 13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes to the Terms indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
